London ETO promotes cultural collaboration in Edinburgh
Edinburgh, April 12, 2026
London ETO supported Hong Kong Zheng Virtuoso Wan Xing’s performance at the Edinburgh International Harp Festival, promoting cultural exchange between Hong Kong and the United Kingdom through music. During her visit to Edinburgh, Wan Xing also conducted a workshop at George Watson’s College, where she shared her experience as a professional musician and introduced students to the artistry and distinctive features of Chinese traditional music. The activities were well received by audiences and participants alike.
London ETO promotes Hong Kong's vibrant innovation ecosystem

London ETO cohosted a seminar with City University of Hong Kong titled “Bridging Innovation: Connecting Talent and Partnerships” to promote Hong Kong’s vibrant innovation ecosystem and explore new opportunities in talent exchange and global partnerships. The event concluded with a networking reception attended by over 80 innovators and representatives from the business and academic sectors in the UK and Hong Kong, fostering exchange, collaboration and partnership building. London ETO celebrated the Year of the Horse in the United Kingdom with a series of festive and promotional events, including an evening reception on February 26 in collaboration with Invest Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, as well as a large-scale Chinese New Year celebration on February 22 organised by the London Chinatown Chinese Association at Trafalgar Square, Chinatown and Charing Cross Road, bringing the festive spirit to the heart of Central London. London ETO celebrates Year of Horse in Scotland

London ETO together with Invest Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council under the Economic and Trade Express platform, collaborated with the China-Britain Business Council to host the pre-dinner reception for the Chinese Burns Supper to celebrate both the Year of the Horse and Burns Night, bringing together business and community leaders from Scotland.
