Career fair in London featuring Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland enterprises
London, October 17-18, 2026
London ETO supported Hong Kong Talent Engage in hosting the "Hong Kong • Global Talent & Career Showcase" in London to introduce career opportunities in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland to international talent based in the UK and encourage them to pursue career development opportunities there. The showcase was also supported by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Office. More than 50 enterprises and organisations from Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland offered over 200 job vacancies across sectors including banking and finance, innovation and technology, engineering and construction, and professional services. London ETO supported Hong Kong IPs Showcase at Brand Licensing Europe

London ETO supported the “Hong Kong IPs Showcase” booth at Brand Licensing Europe, which featured 20 Hong Kong intellectual properties (IPs) that brought the imagination, originality and playful spirit of the city to an international audience. From bold characters and quirky illustrations to distinctive worlds and stories, the showcase celebrated the talent and creativity of Hong Kong’s artists and creators. Hong Kong has always been a place where East meets West, tradition meets modernity, and local creativity meets global ideas. London ETO co-hosts law student sharing seminar in London

London ETO co-hosted a law student sharing seminar with The Law Society of Hong Kong in London. This marked the third consecutive year that the two organisations have provided this annual platform to engage young people, particularly law students, through dialogue and mentorship. Participants included students and representatives from the London School of Economics Students’ Union Asia Careers Society, the UK Joint University Hong Kong Career Society, and the UCL Asia-Pacific Law Society. Hong Kong cinema showcased at Odyssey 2026 Film Festival in UK

Revisiting the Golden Age of Hong Kong Cinema with Director Stanley Kwan in London
London, July 9 - August 27, 2026
London ETO supported Plus One Films in presenting the Hong Kong Golden Age 1985-1997 Film Season at the Garden Cinema in London. The Film Season presented 16 iconic Hong Kong films across 29 screenings, showcasing works by some of Hong Kong's most celebrated filmmakers. A highlight of the season was the Masterclass: In Conversation with Stanley Kwan, held on August 26 at King's College London. To find out more, please click here.
