The Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES) has been set up for attracting strategic enterprises from the Mainland and overseas by offering them special facilitation measures and one-stop services.

Hong Kong Talent Engage is a dedicated website serving as a one-stop platform of talent engagement, admission facilitation and support services for incoming talents. The goals of Hong Kong Talent Engage is to share general knowledge on living and working in Hong Kong, provide information about our talent attraction regime and job opportunities in Hong Kong, and facilitate the settlement and job exploration process.

A Dedicated Team for Attracting Businesses and Talents has been set up. The team will proactively reach out to target enterprises and talents and persuade them to pursue development in Hong Kong.
