London ETO together with Invest Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, under the Economic and Trade Express platform, supported the inaugural "Chinese Shakespeare Supper and UK-China Business Awards" organised by the China-Britain Business Council in London. The inaugural Chinese Shakespeare Supper celebrated the enduring legacy of William Shakespeare and showcased how his works have been translated, interpreted and shared in China, fostering greater cultural understanding between China and the UK. London ETO promotes innovation and technology in Sweden

London ETO cohosted a dinner reception with the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in Sweden to promote innovation and technology (I&T). The Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, Professor Sun Dong, as a honorary guest, pointed out in his keynote speech that Hong Kong and Sweden are both open and innovation-driven economies with highly compatible development directions.
