London ETO is supporting an exhibition entitled "Opium, Silk and the Missionaries in China" curated by Ms Iris Yau from Hong Kong. The exhibition runs from May 18 to June 26 at the Brunei Gallery of SOAS University of London. Our office, together with Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Danish Hong Kong Trade Association, Finland-Hong Kong Association, Norway-Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce, and Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in Sweden are organising a Pan-Nordic Chinese New Year Celebration Ceremony on 17 March 2021 (0900-1030 CET / 0800-0930 GMT / 1500 - 1630 HKT). Miss Winky So, our Director General, will be giving an opening remark. A recorded piece by the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra will also be played at the Ceremony! Please click HERE to join us.

London ETO takes its partnership with curators for the Chinese Visual Festival to the next level with the creation of Focus Hong Kong, a new UK film festival dedicated to the celebration of the amazing cinema and filmmakers of Hong Kong. The Chinese New Year edition of Focus Hong Kong will run online from 9 to 15 February 2021. Audiences across the UK can enjoy five acclaimed Hong Kong movies of different genres, including a 2k restorated classic and an award-winning new release, as well as short films from the Fresh Wave Programme anytime during the 7-day period. Sweden, Hong Kong 16 December 2020 (Online)
Partnering with the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in Sweden and IDEON Science Park, London ETO will be organising a 'Doing Business in Hong Kong' webinar for Swedish companies and businesses in the Nordic countries to help them invest and innovate in Hong Kong. Miss Winky So, our Director General, will be giving an opening remark. Three Swedish companies in Hong Kong, namely Frost LTD, Manyone and Scania will also share their experiences in the webinar. The Swedish Consulate General in Hong Kong will be giving some closing remarks.
