Edinburgh 27 February 2023
London ETO hosted a reception in Edinburgh, the United Kingdom, on February 27 for celebrating the Year of the Rabbit. Copenhagen and Stockholm, 7 and 8 February 2023
London ETO co-hosted receptions in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Stockholm, Sweden, with local business associations on 7 and 8 February respectively for celebrating the Year of the Rabbit. London, 18 January – 10 February 2023
The London ETO supported the Global SinoPhoto Awards (GSPA) 2023 exhibition at the FUJIFILM House of Photography in London from 18 January to 10 February. The GSPA is an international photography contest that aims at communicating Chinese culture and values through images to the international audience. The GSPA Ceremony was held on 17 January at the British Library, where a Hong Kong photographer Miss Fion Hung Ching-yanwas awarded the "Highly Commended" prize. Miss Hung's work, titled "The Skeletons In The Closet", features a series of 10 photos and portraits the exploration of self-identity in Chinese familial traditions and moral standards. Oslo and Helsinki, 30 January and 1 February 2023
London ETO co-hosted receptions in Oslo, Norway, and Helsinki, Finland, with local business associations on 30 January and 1 February respectively for celebrating the Year of the Rabbit. London ETO greeted the Year of the Rabbit in the United Kingdom by hosting a celebratory reception in London on 26 January and participating in a large-scale London Chinatown celebration in Trafalgar Square, Chinatown and Charing Cross Road on 22 January. To find out more, please click here.
