The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing (right), called on the Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Mr Jeremy Browne, to exchange views on ways to enhance exchange and co-operation between the two places yesterday (August 29).

Mr Tsang (right) attended a reception in London hosted by the Riding for the Disabled Association. Joining Mr Tsang were the President of the Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled, Dr York Chow, and equestrian athlete Natasha Tse.
